  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days of receipt (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST or on weekends will be processed on the next business day.
  • Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details, and a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your items have been shipped.

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery within 5-7 business days (varies by location).
  • Expedited Shipping: Delivery within 2-3 business days (available for most locations).
  • Express Shipping: Delivery within 1-2 business days (available for select locations).

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, holidays, or shipping carrier delays.

3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order size, weight, and delivery location. You will be able to review the total shipping cost before completing your order.

  • Free Standard Shipping: Available for orders over $100 (within the continental U.S.).
  • For orders under $100, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
  • Expedited and Express Shipping options are available for an additional charge.

4. International Shipping
We currently offer international shipping to a select number of countries. International shipping fees, delivery times, and customs duties may vary based on your location. The customer is responsible for any additional duties, taxes, or fees that may be incurred upon delivery.

5. Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain remote areas.
  • We only ship within the U.S. and select international locations.

9. Incorrect Address
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address at the time of order. We cannot be held responsible for delays or non-delivery of packages due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information.
