Refund and Returns Policy for Medpariz

1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition as when it was received.
  • The item must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • The item must be returned with the original packaging and receipt or proof of purchase.

Certain items are not eligible for returns, including:

  • Personalized or custom-made products.
  • Products that have been opened or used, such as skincare, hygiene, or health-related products.

2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our customer service team at info@medpariz.com or call (718) 322-8489 to request a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
  • Once you receive the RAN, securely package the item in its original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, or free gifts.
  • Ship the return item to the following address:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item.

3. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria. If the item is approved for a refund, we will process it within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and any taxes or duties incurred on international orders may not be refunded.

4. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange a product for a different size, color, or model, please follow the same return process and place a new order for the desired item. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

5. Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will work with you to resolve the issue by either sending a replacement or offering a full refund, including shipping costs.
